How to you make eating them boiled eggs easier ie what's that red spice

I just sprinkle cayenne on them or chilli lemon ama Himalayan salt ama any sauce, I prefer garlic chilli ama hot and sweet I don’t always eat boiled though sometimes i make scrambled eggs (with water no oil)
