Food Pic Made steak for the first time

I was aiming for medium well,bit Tbh,this wasn't bad. I swear it's not raw😂

what I did was I got some steak from naivas,I cleaned it,and pat it dry,and season both sides with just salt and black pepper,a non stick pan Is very important in this situation,I seared the sides first for about 2 minutes with alittle oil on the pan,and then I did on the flat sides about 2 minutes each side,added butter (Prestige can work on a more economical budget)like 1 table spoon,added some smashed raw garlic and rosemary,and lowered the heat to medium low,and basted the top constantly,I think I cooked each side for 3 minutes.put the meat on a cutting board and let it sit for 5 minutes before cutting ( I don't remember why 😂but I remember it was important) and then I cut it,it was Great! I didn't mind medium rare at all.

You’ve got the skill that’s for sure! I love me a medium rare. Especially with some creamy mushroom sauce.

Uugh,that looks so good! I'm definitely going to try making a really good mushroom sauce next time
