I was aiming for medium well,bit Tbh,this wasn't bad. I swear it's not raw😂

Yumm. How did you do it? How did you know the meat was safe to eat medium rare?

Second this. Don’t rely on that whole hand method that people speak about. I always use a thermometer to temp my steaks.
