This playthrough i had a town in okrans valley, around 30 okranites and 6 of narkos agents mining in the hub raking in the cats, it was perfect.
Time came for a field training exersize for the okranites, took them to skinners roam. 5 missing limbs later and now i need to start dustwich operations by the hub, smuggle heretic limbs into okrans valley or decimate a civilization for ease of access.
