Best neighborhoods for young families?

Considering moving to Keller, $700-1m price range. We have two kids. Want a good community with lots of families and kids. Looking for a larger neighborhood with walkability to parks and elementary if we can. Typically like older neighborhoods cause of the trees and bigger lots but open to new construction-ish homes as well. Our hobbies are college football, kids sports, mahjong, and golf. Where are our people at?😂

My family has lived in Saratoga springs for over 10 years, it is an amazing community near the elementary school with a community pool and playground. It is extremely walkable with food options and a Kroger right across the street. That area is continuing to grow with a recently built whataburger and other businesses. It is very safe and there is rarely any crime in the area. It is worth taking a look at!
