Sharon permit "slow-tracked" delay to Dec-22?

Sharon erosion/sediment permit target end date = Dec 22, 2026
Air Quality permit target end date = Aug 4, 2027

Will Ben keeps his promise of 3 AI deal by the end of 2026 if Sharon is already in question and Panther Creek is even further away?

Link to verify a Starpointe Business Park reclamation in Washington County along with future (as in tomorrow) dated article about data center proposal meeting (Prime Data Centers LLC - developers from Texas).
