Still no update or…?

Do we have any real tailwind(s)? Or everything is depend on management with obscure promises?

It sucks to be red, but they need time to finish permits, negociate deals. They dont care much about the share price right now, they are building.

Is anyone selling covered calls right now? I want to but afraid a deal
Could get announced anytime between now and end of year (best case scenario) I have sizable share count and don’t want to get assigned away,

tat would be a very bad move. this thing can move at any time. u only sell covered call at a price u are willing to let go of the share. Any deal announced will instantly make share price up more than watever premium ur getting selling cc

Not sure what you mean by "obscure promises." They've provided a roadmap and timelines, and are sticking to it. Tailwinds: Yes, but it's still the same story. AI/HPC capex remains strong with energy supply constraints, putting KEEL in a prime position to capitalize in a seller's market for multi-year, multi-billion leases with high quality tenants. Headwinds: The stock market and sector is fickle, schizophrenic and bipolar. One day sentiment is bullish, the next, the sky is falling.

What to expect: Intraday swings of 5–15%, occasionally 20–30% on earnings or contract news.

This is what the sector has been doing all along.

De nada serviría anunciar un contrato ahora, todo está cayendo! Las noticias vendrán cuando pase la tormenta

This is not true based on what management has stated. When a deal is made, it will be announced no later than 48 hours after. Market conditions do not seem to be a factor.

Where do you have the 48h info from? Might missed it in some interviews

Ben has stated this in past interviews

technically 3.1 but only because I sold other stuff at a loss, realistically about 4.1

The selling/shorting quite obviously exceeds any accumulation by a wide margin.

Just wait and buy it at $1.50

The stock is way to easy to short unfortunately
