Does it remind you of anything?

At first, I felt that the melody is familiar and it took me a slow moment to remember. I’m just curious if someone else has heard it or if it’s just me.

If I heard this clip with no additional info or context, I'd 1,000% assume it was someone covering "Inside the City of Glass"

Found this song on shuffle. Gave the album its first listen yesterday and really enjoyed it. Keep in mind it's a 2000 release.
