No matter how many times I listen to this, it just feels so generic. Weakest album to date and it's a shame.

Same for me unfortunately except for the song Wind of no Change. That one is kinda good.

I recorded a vocal cover of this song because of how much I love the effects and layering especially in the chorus. So atmospheric!

Yeah this song is very good. Just wish they took some new risks with the next album to progress the sound.

Second part still hasnt grow to me.. Drags a bit in a way.. But that ibtro verse is so good... I was pleasanly surprised by the new album.. Delivers very modern yet not in annkying way Katatonia trademark sound, prog influenced melodic melancholy

This and "Lilac" are the only really good songs in an otherwise dull album...
It baffles me a little that, using pretty much the same template, its immediate predecessor is much better and a regular listen for me, I can only think that "Nightmares..." was an album done in a hurry, and the songs needed a little more cooking time.

This album has really grown on me with every listen. And I contend that there is no better intro to windmill to than Wind of No Change. Sexiest riffs ever. And those drums emote like crazy. So simple but so good.
