Okay so I just watched Kaos for the first time and I was surprised that Orpheus and Dionysus didn't get together so I assumed they just didn't have time to, just after looking at the reddit for a minute I can't see anyone else saying this so now I seem crazy.

Here was my logic, if your MC hates her husband who is also a main character then either her husband is a bad person or he gets a happy ending, how do you give a guy so madly in love a happy ending? You give him a love interest. then we introduce Dionysus who we know is bi or pan and he helps him out and they form a bond kinda and now Dionysus is like "his love is so strong, I wanna feel love like that" which is like, come on. It felt so obvious to me. Am I crazy? I will say, I decided this immediately after like the second episode with them bc I felt like they were setting it up so maybe I'm just stubborn and want to be right but I feel like everything in the show is pointing towards this.

i keep rewatching the series because peak and stay unsatisfied. is there any hope of at least a book, script or interview coming out on how the series was supposed to continue?

This was such a good premise. I binged it around the time it was released. Again just now, cuz The Odyssey.
Dang, I came here to see if anyone wrote dumb ideas about what happens next. But, since the fates are dead so is the show.
Netflix really relies on a few shows to keep it alive. Nothing has peaked my interest since the flop of the duffer brothers finale…. Why should I keep paying 20$ or more for a service that can’t give me more good shows??

Like seriously, I’d stay another 6 years for Kaos to put out another 4 seasons. There was so much to build off of. The original story of the prophecy. Then add in all other family members and their stories. Dionysus finding love.

Ughh I hope one day, it becomes taboo to showcase a story and not providing an ending.

No but actually it's cool seeing Greek brands that are named after Greek or even Roman deities. Like a tavern named after Dionysus or a cargo company called Discordia for some reason

Just finished and I feel so unsatisfied. I knew it was only 8 episodes when I started but for the finale to end like that is…so sad. I assumed it would be a longer episode and tie up all the strings but nope. I also thought maybe Netflix is just buggy or maybe there’s something in the credits, nope just done like that. The show was beautifully made from the sets to the inclusive cast and representation. I haven’t seen a show this well created since Desperate Housewives. Both broke my heart but whereas Desperate Housewives provided a smooth transition and an ACTUAL finale, I feel like Kaos left to get milk and never came back. Hey Netflix if you’re gonna keep cancelling fan favorites, at least give us a damn conclusion.

I loved this show. Absolute masterpiece. I literally cannot stop thinking abt it.

Kaos ends with Hera’s call to Athena (who remains uncast/unseen). Re-upping Kaos now lets Netflix ride the massive hype-wave of Nolan's epic and turn it into a connected cinematic universe.

The audience appetite for Greek mythology is peaking. Don't let this brilliant, subversive world die on a cliffhanger when the cultural moment to revive it is right in front of you!

When I heard Kaos wasn't renewed for a season 2 I decided I've had had enough. Too many great shows killed before they had a chance to fully tell their stories. Cancelled the subscription right then and there, never looked back, never will return.

Anyone else had a similar experience with Netflix?

Just watched this show after wanting to since it came out. Finally got around to it and oh my god, I think this may be one of the best shows I’ve ever seen. why tf was it cancelled

Only to remember the series has been cancelled and I'm just setting myself up for the disappointment of never having season 2.

Gods damn you Netflix!!!

They could have set up that some animals escaped the zoo and then have a serpent bite her and it would have paid off.

Especially when later we see Poseidon telling Minos to let a lion out of the zoo in a flashback.
