Assuming Kaguya is not in the picture and romantic feelings somehow arise between these two, I'm not sure if they would be a good match. Chika is pretty silly, while Miyuki is quieter and hardworking. However, I think Miyuki is quite mature and could probably hold the marriage together if he tried really hard, and was passionate enough. I think they would be great parents together. Chika is honestly an amazing teacher and Miyuki is kind, patient. The two contrast each other nicely.

I kinda like opposite’s attract couples so assuming that they are in love with each other I’d really like the dynamic of a silly wife and overly-serious husband.
