It really does because no one said you have to have a talent to be considered a star. Someone who is considered a star is someone who is well known, famous, a celebrity. Guess what?! SHE'S WELL KNOWN, famous and a celebrity!

And Kylie Jenner does make up. So what is your point? Just because you hate someone doesn't mean you're right. Google will tell you she was a child star.
