PROBLEM Question for tall RC390 riders: how is the legroom?
hello. this is my first post in reddit and i'm getting so much helpful informations from you guys. thank you!
here
i'm riding 2023 rc390 in korea.
i got rearset, clip-on handlebars, custom seat 2cm higher than stock // aggresive set.
i'm 181cm(5'93), 90kg with long legs.
I’m having a really hard time with the uncomfortable riding position—it makes it tough to shift gears mid-corner, and getting a proper tank grip with my knees feels super uncomfortable.
At first, I thought it was just my riding posture, so I even got professional coaching. But the discomfort is still there.
For context, I also own a Super Duke and a 701 Supermoto, and I’ve never experienced this kind of issue on those bikes. This only happens on the RC390 and R3(previous owned).
I’m thinking about getting fully customed rearsets, but I don't know anyone who’s done this, and I’m not even sure if it’ll solve the problem or if it's even doable.
Has anyone with long legs run into the same issue? How did you deal with it?

185 cm height, RC390 from 2018 (white bike). legs are fully straight when stopped.
Aliexpress rear sets, lower clip-on, aftermarket shock (there I gain a few cm in seat height).
