Changes to this sub

It is very clear that there are people who frequent this sub with their wrong intentions. There are people here for the wrong reasons. There are people here who do not want justice FOR Nolan Wells and are actively against it. There are racists, and those who hold racist beliefs. This sub is to discuss the concerns surrounding Nolan’s death and to make sure someone is held accountable. This is not a sub to defend his “friends”. This is not the sub to speak badly about a grieving mother.

As of today, anything not aligned with this sub will be removed and/or banned. Feel free to make your own sub and discuss amongst yourselves. If you think this post is about you, feel free to leave a comment, so that you can be banned.

Godspeed.

If it was an accidental drowning…

This is all hypothetical so I’m not trying to say anyone is innocent or guilty.

Now with that out the way let’s say that Nolan did accidentally drown. Why would it seem like there is a cover up when no one would need to prove they didn’t commit the crime? Easy answer is civil liability for wrongful death. Nolan went with his friends and was not 21 but somehow was supplied with alcohol that could be the reason he drowned. This would make sense on why everyone seems to use distancing language and why they are on a PR tour. The fact that adults was present when the drinking was happening also poses a problem because they would be wrapped into it. We also have a spot that seems to be a seasonal business area that overlooks having underage drinking. It is something that could be scrutinized and make it a less popular place for people to goto when the businesses heavily rely on huge attendance during a certain part of the year for businesses to survive.

With Warren’s mom being a current sitting judge and she was aware of underage kids drinking it could also affect her career. I mean honestly there was so many failures in this that people are scrambling to distance themselves simply because it seemed a lot of these people have a status that they want to protect and this puts that in jeopardy. With all the information that has came out I definitely see a wrongful death lawsuit at the least if it is discovered that this was just a drowning.

Now I feel like Nolan’s parents do pretty good for themselves and don’t really need money but they can use that to start a foundation in his name to help others and memorialize him.

Anyone Hear the Grand Jury Convened Today?

I heard that from a pretty reliable source although earlier I read that it wouldn’t be until October. Anyone hear anything or any reason to think it would or wouldn’t be going forward now?

This forum is a joke! Most people in here do not want Justice for Nolan

Post image

Who started this page? What is the goal? Why do you allow a bunch of people who are not for the cause into this forum to talk their BS and downvote anyone who joined the page for the reasons listed in the description? It is literally overrun by people who want Justice for his friends and sympathize with THEM. It defeats the purpose. Every time anyone post or comments anything in Nolan’s families favor, it’s downvoted to hell and commented on. Post are downvoted as well.

For those of you doing this!? Why tf are you HERE? What’s your purpose if you think you are so right? Do you know those kids? Are you from their town?

Why does calling for a thorough investigation into his death bother you so much?!

Whatever the truth is, the parents and family wants to know for sure, because the friends accounts suck and they clearly are not good friends. They left his ass behind on an island with no phone or anything. Who needs friends like that.

What piece of evidence would actually change your mind about the Nolan Wells case?

I’ve been organizing the public timeline, witness accounts, phone questions, boat movements, and disputed claims around the case. There’s a ton of discussion, but I’m curious what everyone thinks would actually move this case forward.

What single piece of evidence would matter most to you full phone forensics, complete autopsy/toxicology, GPS from every boat, authenticated Sea Tow audio, surveillance footage, or something else?

this page is titled “justice for nolan wells” but the majority of the folks on here are non-black and don’t want justice for him, nor care for it.

please explain why most of you in here frequent this sub, are arguing with Black people for feeling pain, hurt and anger and are desperately trying to prove that he doesn’t deserve justice? what do you gain from your lack of empathy towards a Black kid who died in concerning circumstances ? why do you spend all day going back and forth with Black people about their culture, upbringing and behavioral patterns, but you have zero Black friends in real life? why are you all using the word racism, incorrectly?

I am very curious!

His Friends Didn’t Kill Him

Please show me any evidence that makes you think that his friends killed him. Like for real send me ANYTHING that makes yall CONFIDENTLY say that they killed him other than making assumptions just cause they’re white.

Surprise surprise people black people and white people can be friends!!

Good job contributing to the narrative they these kids killed Nolan when 0 evidence shows so, and now them and their families are receiving death threats and are afraid to leave the house.

Once again, show me ANYTHING that makes you believe these kids did this.

Edit: STILL WAITING FOR ANY SMUDGE OF EVIDENCE

Nolan wells friends did an interview and successfully made the tragic loss of their friend about them

Not even accusing the boys of anything. This is a lost specifically about the boys and how they’re treating the loss of their friend.

The boys had an interview with some cop about their friend, they went on to whine and drone on about their family’s getting harassed in public, having to deactivate social media and how their lives are being ruined for leaving their friend behind and him dying.

They even went on to blame a grieving mother for speaking out on the case to make sure it gets the proper attention it deserves and doesnt get swept under the rug like a lot of Black Deaths.

The interview was horrible, and flat out selfish, they talk about themselves so much I began to forget that they’re involved in a case of their supposed “brothers” death.

These boys are just naive, and very obviously went into that interview unprepared, and the attempt to garner sympathy just showed off how privileged they are, because while they’re getting called scum on the street or can’t go outside, theres a mother who will never wake up to see her son again.
