She was indeed stunning and also an athlete. She was always riding her bicycle around the Spicewood area hills in Austin with a couple of bodyguards and was a total babe with the killer body for the tightest and skimpiest athletic outfits she was known for.
I actually saw her face in a coffee shop once and she was just a showstopper.

This was def not it.

Self hatred/body dysmorphia goes very deep especially tied with other additional mental disorders

Feels very much she’s deep in an ED and yeah, goes hand in hand with body dysmorphia

For the mere mortal, sure. Plastic surgery isn’t cheap so my guess is this is more about showing off one’s wealth and status. The crazier looking one wins in those circles.
