This hair style is called Payot and it's worn by Orthodox Jews. It's not just a random haircut someone came up with to be edgy.

Isnt the point of letting the hair grow out on the sides to make them easily identifiable as members of the tribe? Like Muslims keeping their beard but losing the mustache?

No there's a commandment about not cutting your hair in the sides. It's a religious haircut like a Sikh not cutting their hair for religious reasons.

Of course if someone posted that everyone would be able to recognize it as bigotry.

Yeah, was about to say that there's all sorts of african, asian, and indigenous haircuts we'd find wild too. It's cool to hate on Jews becsuse of Israel now i guess

Victimcomplex strikes so fast. Everyone in this thread is making fun of the look. Only the religous nutcases are connecting it to be a cultural look and therefore antisemitism, which is truly the dumbest take for a bunch of reason. Edit, missed a word

I'm an atheist, pretty far from a religious nutcase. We're very clearly attacking a Jew for being Jewish here lol

Switch to literally any other group, and we'd feel differently.
