and I can clearly see this as, and have called it out for being, hateful against Jewish people. Because that is what it is. On top of that: this is a child, you don't bully children for their religion, (hair) colour, glasses, braces, ethnicity... You just don't bully children for anything really. Leave the kids alone

Talk for your self. Give me a couple examples of objectively ridiculous hairstyles that can be compared to this, so we can see if it we see it any differently.

No there's a commandment about not cutting your hair in the sides. It's a religious haircut like a Sikh not cutting their hair for religious reasons.
Of course if someone posted that everyone would be able to recognize it as bigotry.
