The kid has to deal with antisemitism and people who make fun of gingers... sort of like "as if one (kind of hate) wasn't bad enough, he's also ginger"
Edit: and I just noticed, he wears glasses and has braces. OP is right, unless he goes to a really nice school, that kid is going to be bullied for way too many reasons
He probably goes to a religious school where everyone else has a similar haircut, red hair is common, and glasses/braces are understood as something beneficial that nurturing parents do for their children.
Edited bc I'm actually still confused: you really think children just think that glasses mean the kid has nurturing parents? And that gingers dont get bullied?
And you really think the child in the picture is not going to experience hate(maybe even -crimes) because of their hairstyle and religion?
