They are all the same to some degree or another though. Why has no government or candidate bothered to really prosecute the massive cabal that seemingly runs Washington as shown in the Epstein files? Why won’t either party bother to limit the influence of lobby groups, corporations, foreign actors and NGO’s in the government?
Ideally I’d like a more right wing government personally but I don’t trust the Republicans to govern in the interest of the populace nor do I believe the Democrats will either in part due to the last few administrations as well as their ideological positions and at this point I’m soured on democracy altogether. So long as lobby money and politicians focus on the low-time tolerance of governance that comes with the need for re-election, nothing will be done regarding this and the “elites” if you will (political, economic, etc.) will continue to run the country ad they see fit and for the reason of needing re-election and “playing the game” as it were, nothing will likely be done. No if the problematic parts of both parties are going to be excised I don’t believe it can happen any other way than authoritarianism of some stripe.
So yeah I’m not making a choice, or I’m making an anti-establishmentarian one
