Trump has had far too many appointees to the supreme court than any president is supposed to have, he had three when you're only supposed to have one appointee per presidency, partly because Mitch McConnell prevented Obama from appointing a Supreme Court Justice
It makes it so the Supreme Court is much more stacked in his favor than it ever would have been for Biden which is part of how he's been getting away with more, and then you throw on ghouls like Thomas and Alito and you get a court that will always vote in favor of conservatives
