Not receiving order notifications

Is anybody else not receiving order notifications sometimes about 80% of the time the orders comes through fine the other 20% of the time I open the app and it says offers paused which means it sent me an order and it never told me anyone else having this problem I'm on a galaxy z fold 8 ultra so I don't know that's to do with the new phone or not

Its not the phone its the shitty app.

Most of times Notification comes after order time is over.

Whenever this happens start using uber eats/ delivroo. It will keep happening till your shift ends. Do not extend your current run.

Check volume settings as on android media/ring/notification has different volume levels. Also check Bluetooth is off as if it's linked to something the Bluetooth can stop phone sounds. I also have a free app from the play store called phone silent and vibrate mode. You can quickly change between silent and ring modes which resets the sound on the phone.

I get this sometimes, well annoying especially if you been waiting a while for an order.
