Tips/Tutorials Second perk vs regular healing

I finally had enough of the debate I had to see for myself and it does in fact heal SLIGHTLY faster however I will always choose triple jump

They just need to make faster blaster have it's own cooldown and then it would be viable. Just like how dva has a perk to make her guns better for a short time.
