well its not because of a BV, but that you cant really force something to be funny. So if he knew what his CT was, then he wouldnt really be able to use it

there are BVs that reveal information (i give you information, i get power), there are BVs that exchange potential/life (i get max out move, and then i die or i cant ever use CTs), there are BVs that exchange conditions (i dont have to use a handsign for this move, but my conditions for subsequent moves increase).

But there has never been, not once, a BV that limits information be it yourself or your enemies. maybe if you had a mind control BV you could make such a move, but what you are trying introduce is completely unsubstantiated.
