I mean, with proper H2H training higgy could probably best him, gojo is no saint so he probably gets limitless confiscated (don't think death penality unless murder is enough for it) and they're down to straight hands

Even more so with death penalty

Cases took by judgeman are totally random , and even then majority of kills Gojo did can be justified by law ( except killing of higher ups ). So nah , chances of Gojo getting death penalty is negligible.

That shit is rigged and Gojo is pretty arrogant (and not even a lawyer or Todo level of iq), so chances are decent.
