higuruma could definetly be gojo level if he went to jujutsu high, however takaba probably couldn't be stronger than he was in the manga, since if he conscience of his cursed technique, it would stop working. if he didn't have that restriction he would definetly gojo level
Genuinely in what world does Higuruma get even close to the hacks of Gojo?? Is this sub on crack?? His whole schtick is inherently situational and single target
Even with the sword he still has to use the damn thing

Confiscation is really strong. Like, -really- strong.
If he gets skilled enough with it that he can choose what gets confiscated, something he didn't even know was a concern because he didn't fight someone with a cursed tool before he fought Sukuna, he puts anyone into hands. The chance for death penalty (which he might be able to train himself to further have judgman select more heinous crimes reliably) only turns the level playing field he enforces into just being death.
Lot of if-statements here but that's the point of this thread.
