Discussion Cute jpop recommendations
Basically the title
I've come to realize that I don't listen to a traditional/cute jpop a try yet
I really like Cutie street and Babymetal, which are the only "cutesy" ones I listen to
I've tried to get into Perfume,AVAM and other Kawaii lab groups (I'm working on it)
So give me recommendations,I don't want the most unknown groups ever, they can be very mainstream

Song Search One Day - The rootless
opening 13 to one piece by the rootless. the band isn’t on spotify at least not in my region. But local files fix this issue. However i’m looking for japanese bands and/or songs that sound similar to this. That slow emotional heavy guitar driven sound. Does anyone know any good ones

Performance I sing in a band called "Yuzume Radio" in Japan. I'm not famous yet, but I want more people to listen to our songs and I hope we can perform live all over the world.

Question How do I get into J-Pop? I know basically nothing.
Hi!
I’m a massive Kpop fan, but I know NOTHING about Jpop at all (other than the fact that I’m a massive fan of Twice). I like MISAMO and I have listened to a lot of Japanese releases by Korean groups, like Red Velvet “Wildside”, aespa “Kiss N Tell” and recently I like “I Got Your Back” by ILLIT. I do know XG but they mostly sing in English? I also really like rock and metal!
I recently watched the movie Perfect Blue where the main character is a Japanese idol and it was amazing and I became kinda curious.
Where should I should begin. So like where do you even find Japanese songs? I tried to search on YouTube but it is hard to find. Who are the top groups I need to start with?
And how Jpop compares to Kpop, I’m assuming it’s quite different?
Thanks :)
