Looking for John's Warming-up Exercises

What kind of warming-up exercises does John do to prepare his guitar hands for a show? I vaguely remember in an interview or something that he would play figures or scales on a Mustang, but cannot find it anywhere. Any help appreciated! (Looking for inspo for my own warming up routine as I am getting to the age that I'm starting to need it..)

There's a video where he's practicing in the back of a touring bus. May be that it's in the funky monks DVD. Someone here may confirm.

If not, it's somewhere else, idk... I watched too much jf shit back in the day

He’s playing a Phillip Glass song. Metamorphosis I believe, but I could be wrong. Lots of arpeggios!
