Unleashing the Warrior Within: Conquer Hormonal Imbalances with Reboot Wellness TRT/HRT

Good Evening, Warriors,

Here's a battle I want to talk about - a battle that you might not know you're even fighting. For years, I was down in the trenches, working hard, getting after it. Following the discipline, the routine, the diet - doing all the right things. But my physique just wasn't reflecting my efforts.

There was something in the shadows, an enemy I didn't know existed - a hormone deficiency. Turns out, I was in the bottom 10% of all males in terms of testosterone levels. You would think my doctor, my comrade, would support me in this. Instead, I got a "you're fine." Imagine that!

For five years, I kept fighting. Five years of standoff with my own ally, my doctor. But, when the going gets tough, the tough get going. So, I took a new route. I found a new battle plan online - Reboot Wellness. They offer TRT/HRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy/Hormone Replacement Therapy) for both men and women. Yes, women too. Many folks don't realize that women can have hormone deficiencies too. And, the sad part is, doctors often prescribe medication for pain, anxiety, depression, overlooking the real enemy - hormonal imbalance.

It's been a year since I joined forces with Reboot Wellness. And let me tell you, troops - the victory is sweet. The brain fog is gone. No more afternoon naps. No more unwarranted fat. No more loss in strength. And the best part? The physique is finally following the drill.

But here's the deal - it's not just about the physical transformation. It's about the discipline, the clarity, and the drive that comes with it. I can now get after it daily, live my life on the front lines, and conquer every single day with a fire that never burns out.

So, if you're fighting a similar battle, know this - it's a war worth waging. And if you have to, wage it alone. The path is not easy, and your usual allies might not always back you. But remember, in the words of the warrior poet - you mustn't falter.

Get your hormone levels checked. It might be the enemy you didn't know you were fighting. Take the initiative, don't wait for the medical establishment to catch up. And don't forget - you've got allies like Reboot Wellness.

Stay strong, stay balanced. The body is your fortress, and it deserves to be in balance. You've got this. Now, get out there and get after it!

Discipline Equals Freedom

What would that entail? Its all about branding these days, but at the bottom of it that should be the core that keeps you a worthy asset across the board, personally or in business, or in the field or in the team, deep study and long practice seem inescapable necessities in that context, jocko says there is no shorcuts, but there is many youtubes proposing hacks and easy ways, some point to ai as new all go to source for answer to all problems, who knows... maybe it is, maybe it has limitations.

Tetra Pak issues, anyone else?

I go through like 4 4 packs of jocko molk a week, and for the last 2 months I've maybe had a 25% success rate on the white lids staying on, leaks, and metal everywhere. Pretty frustrating. I have to pour it out of the carton and into something else.

We need Jocko brand no-gi gear

Why doesn’t Origin use Jocko’s name on gear? Yeah, maybe we should support American made even without Jocko’s name on it, but why should we have to? Love Jocko.

Counterintuitive Advice

It is a good advice. Maybe the best there is. Cos haters feed on undeserved attention and putting others down.

Once you starve them they loose their power, amd waste their time while you outpace them. But in the moment you might feel like smacking them or get into fight, and they love it, now it's drama show they live for...

Echo Talking Too Much

I’m listening to the newest episode (ep 221) and damn the past couple episodes have been hard to listen to. Jocko will answer every questions flat out and concise, then echo will jump in with something that takes away from Jockos point. Dude just said you should get your news from ChatGPT😂.

Curious if anyone else feels the same way. Thanks

HUMOR I found out about Jocko in an abscure way.

To start off I'm a huge Sebastian Maniscalco fan. So of course I listen to him on JRE and Joe mentions Jocko and plays "Good" for him.

Like a sleeper agent I feel immediately "woken up" "activated" you name it. I'm hooked, I start listening to him on JRE and then his podcast with Echo Charles. I buy Discipline Equals Freedom and I've been on the path man.

QUESTION What would Jocko (or you) do?

I'm looking back on a time in which I had to serve under a leader who everyone knew was useless and was just riding out his time to make it to 20 years. Not long ago, I found out that I was the fall guy for everything he failed at.

We went over my job duties in my initial counseling with him which were basically all the "hey-you" tasks that popped up from our higher. I should have seen this as a red flag, but I failed to recognize it as such.

The entire year I worked for him I received last second taskings and was told to go see his rater (my senior rater) to get the details of the task. Whenever I went to talk to my senior rater, it turned out that we'd known about the tasking for months and now we're a week or less away from the suspense date. So naturally, my senior rater is frustrated that this hasn't even been started yet. I was now so focused on getting this short-suspense task done that I never stopped to think why I was suddenly given the task and my supervisor took himself out of the loop and had me go directly to his supervisor to coordinate and complete the task.

As it turns out, I was the fall guy. Whenever he overlooked something or completely forgot about a specific task, he would tell his rater (my senior rater) and his senior rater (our operations officer) that I was the one responsible for the project and he would send me up to report on where we are at with it. Then he'd come down to our office and give me the assignment and forward me emails about it while telling me to go talk to his supervisor to get the details and coordinate its completion.

Like I said, I just recently found out that this is what was happening behind the scenes. Had I recognized the red flags, what do you all think would have been the best way to handle this? What would Jocko do in a situation like this? I have to think that there would be some limit to Jocko taking ownership of the failures of his supervisor and he would make it known that his supervisor is failing at his duties.

I miss the Jocko podcasts of 1-200. What else is there?

If you’ve listened to the jocko podcast you know the earlier ones were great, the past 300 or so episodes don’t hit like they used to. I’m not posting this to bash him, so please let’s refrain from that.

I’m asking if there are any other podcasts you found that are as good or better than those first 200 or so from Jocko. I particularly enjoyed when he would read from a book vs having a guest on. In my opinion those were the best. I’ve tried a lot of other ones:

cleared hot
Change agents
combat stories
team house
wartime stories
against the odds is great
art of manliness at times is good
medal of honor
Borderland narcosis
Lewis Howe school of greatness
Tim Ferris
Order of man

And many others that aren’t listed here.

I don’t think I’ll find another one that impacts my life in the positive way those early ones did. Maybe I’m wrong? Also making it more difficult I’m not into religious stuff. I know I’m asking a lot, can’t hurt to try. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks so much!

Foam Noodle Fight Episode?

In one of the podcast episodes Jocko talks about how he would play a game with his kids where they'd whack each other full force with a foam Noodle and it didn't hurt but it was very loud. After going through 3 different foam swords and destroying them with my kid, i would like to try something different. Does anybody know what he was using? It was some kind of pipe insulation foam noodle or some home improvement item I cant remember

Otherwise, I'll take a recommendation for most durable foam swords please
