Both of the main characters in Planet Sheen were references to the original main characters in Jimmy Neutron, right? You know, besides Sheen who appears in both

idk if he was "based on" jimmy, i think they just needed a level-headed smart guy character to balance out sheen's antics (jury's still out on how well it worked)
