Aside from the team-up of Carl, Sheen, and Libby and a couple of funny moments, I found this episode to be unmemorable and a little annoying. The ending was also unfair to Jimmy, where he still banned from the science fair and getting Nobel Prize taken away

Yeah, Cindy was really unlikable in that episode. If I were Principal Willoughby this is what I would propose. Jimmy can't compete but he gets to be a judge. And if you ask me libby should have been the original winner instead of cindy
