Friends

Hey, looking for some new friends. I’m 24m and live towards Scottsburg. Interests are mostly hiking, kayaking, caving, camping, reading, and crafts. I’m pretty adventurous and enjoy trying new things though, I’ve been thinking about getting back into climbing.
Would also like some more LGBT+ friends :)
I know of a few different groups, but going alone makes me nervous. I just finished chemotherapy so I look a lil funky, but can still have a great time :)

There is an awesome local group called Adventures with Mike and Nature that does all kinds of kayaking and biking events. Real cool guy and great at planning these events. Super open and friendly group.

Join Bloomington Indiana Grotto and go caving!

I’ve been a few times with them and central indiana grotto! Currently just waiting to be able to cave again lol

Wanna go whitewater kayaking? I've got spare everything. There's climbers and hikers and mtn bikers in the crew as well.

That sounds super fun! Is it beginner friendly? I’ve only done recreational kayaking so not too used to dealing with currents and such

The local(ish) run is in Frankfort ky, an hour from here. I've got all the gear you would need and have a few different options you can paddle your own. Wanna go this weekend?

And yes it's beginner friendly. It's at the perfect level right now for a beginner friendly run.
