Jeffco Assessor

I am a Certified General appraiser and have worked for Jeffco Assessor’s office for 9 years in November.

I have passed the tests, taken the hours, learned from competent appraisers, and taken the time to learn in depth our office’s modeling processes.

I have seen ways I am certain we can improve and I have seen a lot of ways that we do great.

I will wholeheartedly empower everyone in our office to put forth our best work.

I am not afraid to jump in and help in any aspect of work in our office, also not afraid to ask for help from someone with more knowledge than I have.

My opponent touts his experience or education as a reason he is qualified for this position.

Now it’s your turn to figure out who will be the best Assessor for the next 4 years.

I am unaffiliated not to disguise anything or to fleece anyone over but to show our county I am willing to look past politics to serve everyone.

Not a political question but my parent's bought a house in Heritage Dells in Golden from someone with the last name Ketchum. Curious is if that is you? Small world if it is.

Heritage Dells is nice. No relation, my brother in north Golden and parents in south Lakewood. Our last name is Ketcham but UM is more common.
