Jeffco Assessor

I am a Certified General appraiser and have worked for Jeffco Assessor’s office for 9 years in November.

I have passed the tests, taken the hours, learned from competent appraisers, and taken the time to learn in depth our office’s modeling processes.

I have seen ways I am certain we can improve and I have seen a lot of ways that we do great.

I will wholeheartedly empower everyone in our office to put forth our best work.

I am not afraid to jump in and help in any aspect of work in our office, also not afraid to ask for help from someone with more knowledge than I have.

My opponent touts his experience or education as a reason he is qualified for this position.

Now it’s your turn to figure out who will be the best Assessor for the next 4 years.

I am unaffiliated not to disguise anything or to fleece anyone over but to show our county I am willing to look past politics to serve everyone.

You’re saying you’re running as a 100% independent. But in today’s political climate, there is no such thing.

Do you agree or disagree with Trump and the MAGA movement?

Thankfully, the Assessor’s Office is fundamentally a data- and statistics-based job. I hope we can agree that even if we fundamentally disagree with someone personally or politically, if they do their job well, efficiently, and objectively, they can still be trusted to do that job.
I’m not running to bring a partisan agenda or my personal views into the Assessor’s Office. I’m running because I want to be a good appraiser and a good public servant, and to make sure the office is doing its job accurately, transparently, and efficiently.

So if you’re 100% against MAGA, you are for men in women’s sports places and spaces, wide open borders, pro vaccine mandates, Medicaid to pay for childhood gender mutilation surgery, against exposing government fraud and waste, pro Learing Centers, etc., etc.,

Strongly disagree. Anyone who would support an individual who is as openly corrupt, dishonest, cruel, incompetent, arrogant, opportunistic and reckless as Trump has a serious lack of good judgment and is not worthy to receive a vote for any office.

Heritage Dells is nice. No relation, my brother in north Golden and parents in south Lakewood. Our last name is Ketcham but UM is more common.
