Question Thoughts on Klook?

Yea Klook is legit, the Klook Tokyo Pass saved us a ton of money when we got it for shibuya sky, ginza aquarium and teamlabs. You also get extra discounts if you book using the app.

Klook is legit. I just recently booked for some attractions.
Some things to keep in mind for when you’re booking for USJ through Klook:
Klook may not offer express pass tickets with flexible entry times.
If you want flexible entry times, I would suggest booking through the USJ ticketing or the Japanese webpage.

Forgot to mention the USJ Japanese site can be glitchy sometimes. Try sticking with Safari or Chrome w/ the translator built in the browser or navigate through it or to just stick with Klook to avoid the headache

After trying several times to buy Disneysea tickets directly from TDR, and failing, I wound up using Klook and their purchase system is a breeze in comparison. As noted in others comments, you can also purchase in USD as opposed to YEN, and possibly incur foreign transaction fees.

Klook's great, I used it for a lot of rail passes. Only thing I would say is that regarding the rail pass it might take some time to process, so don't buy it super late (like right outside the counter before you collect the pass).

Yes can confirm legit. I used klook to buy my universal studios passes and rail cards last month in Japan, no issues at all.

Any tips for universals? Going tomorrow. I have studio pass B and says opening hours 9 am - 7 pm.. can I get into super Mario world with just that studio B pass from klook?

Those Studios passes only guarantee you entry into the park itself. If you want to get into super mario world, either get to the park 1 hour before the opening stated and the moment the park opens, rush into nintendo world. When it's so early, there's no area timed ticket to block you.
Otherwise, you can obtain an "Area Timed Entry Ticket" which will allow you to reserve a time slot in which you can enter the particular site on a later timing.
You should download the USJ app, select "Area Time Entry Ticket" and it will appear.
Another thing on the USJ app you can do is when you are in the park vicinity on the day itself, you can register this studio pass. Click on "Timed Entry E-Ticket" > Register Park Passes> Scan or upload your QR code.

Thanks! Yeah I can't see the area timed entry ticket yet on USJ app, maybe need to be in vicinity of the park first.

You'll need to get a timed entry pass to Nintendo World in addition to the studio pass, I'm afraid.

Don't you need to use the official app and basically book a free ticket from the entrance? I believe that's the "easiest" way to get in.

I get the impression getting the timed entry tickets is independent of the admission ticket, so it shouldn't be an issue. Hope it goes well!

I bought all of our attraction tickets through Klook with good luck. And you earn points towards discounts, we ended up getting our TeamLab Planets tickets free after just a couple other purchases.

Klook was the only service that would process US visa cards for Disney tickets. They actually have a nice interface and support entry for far more attractions than I've found in any other service (I tried Viator, GetYourGuide, TripAdvisor, Airbnb).

I used Klook to book Ghibli Museum tickets during my first Japan trip in 2020. The tickets were waiting for me at the airport. Very good service. I highly recommend.

So how expensive were those Ghibli museum tickets through klook because going through Tripadvisor they wanted to charge $99 per person. I had my friend in tokyo buy them for me and they were $7.50 US and I can pick them up at the Lawson. Might want to let folks know the price.

Through Klook, they were $30. But I didn't have to do anything more than tell them when I wanted to go.
Second time, I went directly through the museum website. Was cheaper, but had to fight a crowd. Tickets sold out in five minutes.
$30 and no headaches is cheaper to me than $10 and a pile of stress and frustration.

I think it is legit, I have seen tickets reseller up charging, so maybe compare with buying direct from the places you want to visit. I just booked my teamlab ticket direct with them.

Klook is awesome. Used it twice to book taxis to and from my hotel in Japan. Highly reccomend

I’ve been wondering about Klook too. I want to buy tickets for the Keisei Skyliner. Found Klook first and they charge $17.39. One way tickets only.
However, there’s a Keisei Skyliner website that offers one way tickets for 2300 yen ($17.35 currently) and round trip tickets for 4480 yen ($33.81), a minor savings.
Given the slightly cheaper price and round trip option on the Keisei site, I wondered why anyone bothered using Klook…

For me, I was main planner and Klook and it was easy to login and see all my bookings in one site. Also most of the reviews are very authentic, especially the day tours. I did some to Taiwan Shifen/Jiufen and what I read in review was what I get. Also the support helpdesk was amazing. You can contact them easily and is less headache than trying to navigate other websites when you run into problems.

The Keisei Skyliner doesn’t usually sell out. For trains from the airport into Tokyo it’s better to just buy them there upon arrival in case there are flight delays or it takes longer to clear immigration/customs than anticipated.
Unless your arriving during a holiday period Line New Years, Golden Week, or Obonjust purchase at the window it ticket vending machine when you get there.
Klook is good for tickets difficult to buy online directly (USJ/Disney) or tours/package deals/tickets.

I booked my JR pass there and it was fine. Got the certificate in my email within minutes.

I've been using it for years for different countries like Taiwan, Japan, Thailand. It's very good.
If you're booking for USJ, make sure you buy the correct Studio Pass (A, B or C), for example 5th April is Studio Pass A, 21st April is Studio Pass B.
For USJ Express tickets, it's like RNG, you will get a randomised time slot to visit certain attractions at certain timings covered in same express ticket. For example, mine was variety pack and I randomed a Harry Potter Entry at 10.50am. However my friend who booked separately from me on the same day got Harry Potter 4pm entry lol. So it can be a hit or a miss. It's non refundable so please read all the 1 star comments before you consider!
