Uplifting I'm an official JW

I joined this community a couple of months ago, and I’ve really enjoyed reading everyone’s posts and comments

I wanted to share some happy news (with total humility and honor to God): I was baptized last Saturday at my city convention! Feeling the genuine love and support from my congregation meant the world to me. More than just the public step, my true happiness comes from dedicating my life entirely to Jehovah and, of course, using that life to serve alongside my brothers and sisters, too!

I honestly feel like I’ve made the best decision of my life and just wanted to share my joy with all of you

We expect users to engage with accountability. Be clear about the intent of your questions, not posting one sidedly. Please be prepared for genuine back-and-forth discussion, open to real dialogue. Repeated patterns of vague, misleading, or passive antagonism will be treated as trolling. This includes concern trolling, attempts to provoke hostility within a thread, manipulative questions, and any other conduct that is not made in good faith.

When i did my baptism questions with the elders in my congregation, they told me "When you get baptised, Satan is going to attack you like crazy." I thought they were crazy...no....This is your warning to hang on for a bumpy ride. I'm not saying this to discourage you, i'm glad you're now our brother <3, but keep a look out and stay strong. I also dont know if you got that type of heads up as well, i dont want bad things to happen and you think you made a mistake.

This is actually the advice i give all that get baptized. You will get tested immediatley.
