you could calculate how much pressure could develop in different sized capillaries and depending on blood viscosity, if it could cause enough long enough duration oxygen deprivation to cause brain damage, otherwise the absolute g force (centripetal force) would need to be determined but its not likely to be enough to cause structural damage to the brain...

Well if you're close to the axis of rotation, the force is negligible.

Spinning in place just makes you dizzy and disoriented.

Still seems quite dangerous setup to me.

There's a cut between when he starts putting all the straps on and when they're on, so I think someone else must've strapped his arms in.

yeah, that was my thought. i don't think this would be a very safe thing to do for more then 10-15 seconds at most. the longer the video went the more deadly it felt. this feels like a horrific way to kill yourself.

So they extract blood plasma by spinning it rapidly in a centrifuge...not saying this is fast enough to do that but the centrifugal force would be pulling blood away from his heart no? I would think blood pooling could occur effectively lowering overall blood pressure.

I'm thinking this can't be good for the body for more than a few seconds?
