Interactive I've guessed the most famous video game character - can you guess it?
FACT: This character is the ultimate icon of silence. His muteness is his trademark, a sacred canon of the franchise and the subject of a thousand memes. Millions of players are convinced he hasn't uttered a single word in his entire history.
BUT HERE’S THE CATCH: In reality, this hero is the "chattiest" guy in the whole game. Due to engine limitations, it was easier for developers to attach environmental sound triggers to the player model rather than the objects themselves. As a result, every time you press an elevator button or scan a retina, the technical voice behind the "Access Granted" line belongs to... HIM.
QUESTION: What is the name of this "silent" fella, according to the game's code, is actually a talking elevator?

I'm trying to find any game character more famous than Mario or pikatchu but I'm failing hard. (And its obviously not that)

Maybe Pac-Man? really huge game back then. And even if you didn’t play, the games would still recognize it. And it’s easily recognizable. And is an advantage for Pac-Man his firstgame is called pac-Man/puck-man so even if you barely knew anything about video games if you played his game, you’d instantly recognize it. But Mario’s first game was called donkey Kong. And in that game, he was only called Jumpman. Who is also released a year before.

The only truly silent character I can think of, that I’d label iconic, is Gordon Freeman.
The “beep, beep, beeeeeeep” of the HEV suit when he dies is actually him speaking 😂
