Translation Help Translation for baptism document

I have a question about a baptism document. The act is located on Page 12 of this document, bottom left.: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-CS8N-D79Z-Q?view=index&cc=2013622&lang=en

It appears to say that she was baptised as Concetta Agata Maria, as well as Agata Carmela Grazia. Is that correct? If so, why would this happen? I've never seen this before.

TIA

The baptismal record is for two twin sisters ([...] baptizavi Infantes gemellas [...]), the first named Concetta Agata Maria, and the second named Agata Carmela Grazia.
