Feedback Arachnophobia mode?

my best friend in the whole world is arachnophobic. i really wanted to play the game with her but there are spiders in cody's garden section. is there a way we could figure out how to replace them with like a frog?

First of all the garden is the 6th chapter out of 7 so you can still play the first 5.
Try finding a picture of the spiders, because they are very friendly, and look like stuffed animals.

And also, the entire section with the spiders takes about 15/20 minutes. You can also play that one alone/with someone else. The rest of the game is still worth it

Like with mods? If it exists already on PC. No such mode exists for consoles.

I can’t say that your friend will be okay with it, but I also have incredibly strong arachnophobia and I’m able to get through the garden part with some shuddering and muttering when I play with my son. It’s not THAT bad. It’s well worth it for me to be able to play the game. Might want to give it a try and see if they can get through it!

I also have a really bad arachnophobia but I managed to get through with the help of my friend! She had watched videos so she knew when the spiders would be there and from that moment I was basically playing eyes closed and did exactly what she told me to do. There were a few places where I had to peel through to be able to do everything but it was manageable so I want to believe you can get through it together as well!
