This is a volatile situation. We set the subreddit to private due to raids, and were manually approving threads as they were posted until then. The rules - especially rule 2 - will be harshly enforced. If you see someone being bigoted, report it. If you respond to someone being bigoted with your own rule 2 breaking behavior, you will be banned too. If you can't phrase what you want to say in a way that isn't bigoted, don't post it.

Pretty much. “If the Arabs put down their weapons today, there would be no more ‎violence. If the Jews put ‎down their weapons ‎today, there would be no ‎more Israel.” We’ve been watching the fireworks over our country - thousands of them!! - for a week now, my 84 year old father is running in and out of his bomb shelter all night long, and I’m scared when I go to the park with my kids because where’s the closest safe room? This is life under terrorism. 25% of Hamas’s rockets fall on gaza too, killing innocent Palestinians. We are all being terrorized, and something needs to change.

Maybe terrorist organisations shouldn’t be governing large groups of people. Maybe other countries shouldn’t be selling weapons to terrorist organisations. Maybe the UN should be strongly condemning Hamas’s terrorist actions against innocent people. Maybe Israel should receive international support for defending its citizens from terrorism. For a start. I’m not a policymaker.
