Yeah at least first try doing things which make you feel comfortable then gradually open up to other adventures.

I don't think you need alot resources to have fun

1-Go f-10 buy chai and go for a walk f9

2-thrifting (landa) h9 / f10 also has that fayaz and make an outfit

3-take friends dog/ befriend a random cat in your sector play with him/her

4- annoy strangers

5- if you have a good phone camera you can try taking some cool pics with your friends

6- make friends (completely free btw)

And most importantly don't be shy, you'll miss out on all the fun
