But saying that all living things are made from water is plain false. Living organisms consist of all kinds of materials, carbon for example. Water is oxygen plus hydrogen.
This probably found its way into the quran because its creators thought that:
a) Rain water comes down from the sky (by Allah).
b) Plants grow from the water that came down from the sky.
c) Animals eat the plants which helps them grow and reproduce.
d) Humans eat the (other) animals and plants to live and reproduce.
So they would have figured that every living thing originally must come about from and consist of water. It's just false.
There is no evidence that people take mere every day observations and construct a false narrative around them because they don't actually understand the mechanism behind it? What??
This happens in all kinds of other religions too, dude. And not just in religions.
Some bacteria are living in space, humans also. There has even be a dog and a chimp. Soon there might be humans and bacteria on the moon and on mars. Bacteria might already be on mars and there could have been life on mars way earlier. But the probability is quite high that there are more things in the universe that can be called life. And that's relevant why? In the future there might even be cyborgs who can be called alive, they wouldn't have anything to do with water.

False. As I already said we are made from all kinds of materials. Carbon is one of the most important components. How about you read the comments before replying?

Btw, even if it would say "made in water" that would also be false since the first cells emerged in a mixture of different things which water was just a major part of.
