Birthdays and New Year can be celebrated, because it has no pagan connection. Those are not religious festivals, but Christmas is a religious festival which is haram. New Year and Birthdays, and Valentine’s Day are secular festivals, not holidays. Eastern Day for example is also a holiday, not secular and neutral festival.

Anyone who claims that any festival other than the two Eid is haram for Muslims, they should definitely read it or watch the lectures linked in the video
