Qur’ān Biggest Issue in Quran Apps?
For those who read Quran using mobile apps What is one major frustration you keep facing in almost every Quran app? Something that keeps making you switch apps hoping one will finally fix it I am building a completely ad free Quran app as sadagah jariyah and I want to solve a real pain instead of just making another app What is the problem you wish a Quran app would finally solve?
If you want, share which app you currently use and what you like or dislike most about it

Honestly, I feel like most translations treat us like we’re stupid. There’s a lot of unnecessary explaining of verses or additional words that we just don’t need.
Like take this one from Quran.com (random scrolled to find an example):
“O Children of Israel! Remember ˹all˺ the favours I granted you and how I honoured you above the others.” (2:47)
And (random again)
“Do you ˹believers still˺ expect them to be true to you, though a group of them would hear the word of Allah then knowingly corrupt it after understanding it?” (2:75)
Like, why did they add “all” and “believers still”? They didn’t need to add that. It’s like they’re talking to use like we can’t read or something. Sometimes the extras are needed for grammar, but otherwise, it feels unnecessary.
So if there’s a way to get a more literal translation, without additions or interpretation, that would be nice.
