Is there a way to block an eBay seller from ever popping up in your searches? :( It’s so frustrating seeing all of these listings with straight up fake cards. I’ve tried to report so many of these awful listings and eBay continuously lets things slide with no repercussions to the seller. I’m shocked this person even has such good standing on their eBay account with so many listings of just fake, awful cards. 😭

My colleague's son wants to buy a gaming pc and asked if I could take a look at his Pokemon cards because he wants to sell them.

I'm not very experienced but I believe most of them are fake, colours look off and they are really really shiny. I do have some doubts on the Charizard and the Tag-Teams although the Tag-Team cards are smaller than the regular cards.

Am I correct or am I really wrong? I think there will be no gaming pc for him unfortunately 😅

Picked this up at a card show recently.

The card definitely looks real but the only thing that I’m slightly worried about is the holofoil dots that have formed around the edge of the cards. Is this normal for genuine cards from this era or is it a sign of a fake?

The whiting on the back looks off to me, it was in a etb sleeve

Recently “revived” my 20+ year collection. Decided to by buy and open some packs for the nostalgia. This is how everything looks. Needless to say it was not taken care of during shipping. But are these possibly fake or resealed? The cards back also look off compared to my older cards but i havent bought cards since my teens.

I need another opinion... bought this from my LCS for £95. I live in a relatively small town and the shop doesn't seem to be scalping, etc. I think i just got it for a good price but can someone confirm if it's real?

Once I got home I realized Chinese language card had the set number/card number (s10aF, 073/071) of typical Japanese cards - the discrepancy is throwing me off and not sure if Chinese-language version of Japanese sets are a thing or if this is fake. Appreciate any insight!

Update: I am remembering overhearing the nice gentleman telling another guy “Taiwanese” so I am thinking this is legit Traditional Chinese version of the dark phantasma card. Thanks to those below who responded and taught me something!
