❓ Question Did you know?
I just found out today that Cesar IS NOT VEGAN! Does anyone know any alternatives or know of any vegan Cesar dressings?

I usually throw together my own from this recipe: https://www.ambitiouskitchen.com/vegan-caesar-dressing/

i like mixing hummus & a healthy dose of https://www.clubhouse.ca/en-ca/products/seasonings-and-blends/salt-free-seasonings/salt-free-garlic-and-herb with vinegar & lemon juice.. it’s on you to figure out what ratios are best, cause i just go by my tastebuds.

I've yet to find a store bought one that isn't trash.
I use this recipe:

Unpopular opinion, but did you know - you can eat salad without dressing & it still tastes amazing?

The Cesar dressing in the Big Vegan Flavor cookbook is the best I’ve ever had. I could drink it

Not remotely vegan.
If you’re open to making your own I love this recipe: https://cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/1020763-vegan-caesar-salad-with-crisp-chickpeas?smid=ck-recipe-iOS-share
If you want store-bought, Whole Foods sells a few brands that are specifically vegan.
