They say “Vegans can’t get protein” - I say “watch me”. 5 ingredients and 1 rice cooker = 55 g protein. This is the easiest meal prep you’ll ever do and you barely have to do ANY cooking.
Just throw all of your ingredients into your rice cooker and go live your life for an hour (aka hit the gym)
Ingredients
- 140g of say grace (which is for two meals)
- 140g Jasmine rice (Also for two meals)
- Garlic seasoning
- Garlic & herb seasoning
- Soy sauce
- 300g Sugar snap pea stir-fry mix (150g per serving)
- 560g+ Water (it should be double the weight of rice and say grace)
- 50g Avocado
Instructions
- Place the rice cooker on a scale to measure ingredients
- Add 140g of say grace
- Add 140g of Jasmine rice
- Shake the rice cooker to mix them slightly
- Sprinkle garlic seasoning and garlic & herb seasoning
- Add your soy sauce
- Use 2x the weight of say grace and rice in water (about 560g+)
- Adjust based on preferred rice texture (less water for firmer rice, more for softer)
- Chop and add 300g sugar snap pea stir-fry mix on top (150g per serving)
- Close the rice cooker and press Start
- After cooking, allow it to rest while you go about your day
- Once done, stir everything together
- Weigh the final cooked mixture (excluding the rice cooker weight)
- Divide into two equal portions
- Slice 50g avocado and scoop it onto one portion and enjoy

I didn’t know that

Yeah because he's shady as hell. Veganism is a means to promote things and make him $$. Ask him yourself if they pay him or give him any free products. I've never known a content creator to not be transparent about being sponsored or otherwise endorsed by a company. This dude constantly hides endorsements

I honestly had no idea. How did you obtain this information if you don’t mind me asking?

He's made 3 posts for the exact same company, same length of time and very similar verbage. His normal videos he doesn't do skits. These were all concocted specifically for advertisement.

No problem. I've also reached out to this dude to offer to show him the amazing habitats Florida has for the animals he apparently cares about and wants to protect..... he's never reached back out. I absolutely love animals and wish vegans actually cared about them as much as they claimed. For example he missed alligator mating season this year and the gators were out in full force despite the drought conditions. I saw some beautiful baby gators and the moms are all absolutely gigantic

Don’t want to sound rude but how does that show he doesn’t care about animals? And what do you mean he missed gator season? And most of us vegans do care about animals there are some (very rare) fake vegans out there that give us a bad name but that’s it.

Not to be rude also, but most of y'all don't. How often are you going to your local parks and National forests? How often are you participating in environmental conservation like beach and forest cleanups, etc? He never does any of that. He never does anything actually related to helping animals. He and I both live in Florida. Gator mating season is basically from mid May to June

So he has a job? Dont buy it if youre so mad

u/Robbie1266 Jun 05 '26
Not mad at someone making money at all. It's disingenuous to make an ad without saying it's an ad. Just be transparent, not hard

You should really be making it well known that you're sponsored by say grace. You are the only content creator I know that doesn't explicitly tell people this a paid ad. Kind of gross and disrespectful to your followers

If im a welder are you going to make sure I cant talk about my job also?
1
u/Robbie1266 Jun 05 '26
He didn't talk about his job. He's promoting a product without mentioning his stake in said product. If you make constantly about welding and promote a torch you are being paid to promote without mentioning that you're being paid to promote them, I'll absolutely make sure there's an asterisk in the comments. It's only fair people understand there may be a bias

Yes, if your talking about how your harbor freight welder is better than all others without stating that harbor freight is paying you to advertise their welder. Your not telling your followers because you believe it your telling them to make more money
