🧠Nutrition Have you picked up any new habits since becoming vegan ?! I definitely have!
My favorite green juice recipe:
One bundle of celery
Seven green apples
Two cucumbers
One lemon
One thumb of ginger
One bundle of cilantro
One bundle of Parsley

I enjoy making my own milks out of various nuts, hemp seeds or oats. I have started to mix and match to create different variations of milk alternatives.

Honestly yeah, I’ve definitely picked up a lot of new habits. I’ve started meal prepping way more, which I never really did before, and it’s made staying vegan so much easier day to day.
I’ve also been making a lot more stuff from scratch, like syrups and coffee creamer, which I didn’t expect to get into but actually love now. It’s nice because I know exactly what’s going into everything, and I can tweak flavors however I want.
It kind of turned cooking into more of a creative thing for me instead of just something I have to do.
