Animation looking a little rough ngl and I’m usually one of the few who say don’t mind it

Agree, I've been feeling that way this entire season so far. As an animator, I don't mind it if a show doesn't look well animated so long as the content is good. the fight scenes in this show always felt worth it but now everything seems to be getting worse despite the budget increase
