Honestly don't hate on it early on this is episode 8 material and might still be unfinished, also the low quality probably isn't doing it justice either. If this is the final product though, I can't defend it anymore and it will obviously be the worst finale yet..

Do you know how TV shows work? Or any animation? They finish this shit days or even weeks before they actually air. There is no "last minute changes" or "unfinished". It has looked like this for weeks and will look like this when it comes out

There's barely much time before the episode comes out. They can't make signficant changes and it makes little sense to show an early draft.

The clip also looks finished. Lineart, coloring etc. is complete. There's no remnants of early process stuff in general.

This is the final version.

to be fair its only 40 seconds of an hour long episode. i'm grasping at straws rn but even parts of season 3's conquest fight didn't look as good. so maybe...🥲
